The Society entered the Window Box & Hanging Basket Competition winning a Bronze! The entry was titled ‘The scents of summer’ and was full of plants such as purple petunias, heliotrope, geraniums and even mint. It was great to see our entry and hear the admiring comments of other visitors to the show on Tuesday. The show gardens were amazing and much more accessible than at Chelsea, Hampton Court is a great setting for the flower show. Thanks to everyone who helped with the entry, growing plants, planting up the basket and window box, nurturing it and transporting it to and from the show.
